For a family of four cooking traditional Indian meals twice a day, 1 litre of ghee typically lasts 6–8 weeks. 500g of butter lasts 3–4 weeks on breakfast and weekend baking. So this pack is roughly two months of everyday A2 dairy for most households.
Storage
- Ghee (2 × 500ml): room temperature in a dry cabinet, 12 months unopened / 6 months after opening
- Butter (500g): refrigerate at 0–4°C immediately on arrival. Use within 3 weeks of opening. Freezes well up to 3 months.
